As we get back to normalcy we will see more and more people resurfacing after a challenge with mental health. Exercise has been shown and proven to work wonders regarding addressing depression and the chemical imbalance is associated with it.
This next exercise is called the hip hinge. It appears in many different exercises such as Deadlift and Kettlebell Swing. It is the foundation for most of our power movements.
