Why are you suffering?

There is the thought that any time someone is taking control of their health, wellness, and lifestyle that suffering is necessary. Fortunately, I’ve been able to prove that although making change requires work, conditioning and some discomfort and less suffering is not necessary. There are very few people with voluntarily sign up to endure and less suffering even if it is for a worthwhile goal.
